Baltimores Newest Cafe
Last week I heard a new coffee shop was opening in Bolton Hill. I’m never one to go to anything on opening day nor month for that matter. My philosophy is if it’s TRULY good, of quality and consistency, it will still be good six months later when I get there. But for coffee in the midst of planning for my husband and sons bday, I set that rule aside this time. We still avoided opening day but went later in the week.
With homeschooling and being yalls Baltimore Realtor, my office is literally anywhere I land my feet or wheels. Some days when Amira isn’t up to learning, I find that switching her environment to a park, restaurant, coffee shop etc. suddenly changes her entire engagement level. So y’all know when she saw that llamas Corner Cafe had swings - she was elated!! ☺️
Some days I have a full day of showings in adjacent neighborhoods (not close to my home or actual office) with an hour or two break in between. For both of these reasons, knowing the local coffeehouses and such benefits me greatly. Then I also get to share the findings with y’all, so that’s dope too.🤎
Anywho. The coffee shop! Small. Charming. Cute llamas everywhere! Unique in having the swings in front of the window. It’s right around the corner from Park Ave. park which is a block that we love to walk. So that’s cool to be able to grab some coffee before chilling there. They offer coffee, boba, fruit teas, fruit slushies, açaí bowls, pastries and sandwiches. My coffee was good and they don’t over complicate their coffee menu. Staff was patient (Amira took awhile figuring out which boba she wanted ☺️) and friendly. Based on this visit, I’ll definitely add them to my mobile office/classroom list. 🤎🦙
